  • 1.  Speech Recognition in In-Queue Flow

    I have a requirement where a can enable speech recognition in InQueue flow. E.g - "Please press 1 or say yes".

    I do not want to use to integrate with Bot here.

    Can someone please share input here ?

    I am not sure if this is possible in an flow where Type = In-Queue. The ASR option is available on the objet Type = Menu, and Menu object is not available in In-Queue Flow.
    Alternative you have to build it as Inbound Flow and Jump from a flow to another.
