  • 1.  SSL Certificate for API ORG Setup

    Our Genesys Cloud ORG is hosted on an AWS cloud and our back end is within our network. We have provided Genesys an encryption key, but are unable to determine where in the Genesys ORG the TLS (SSL) encryption Key is to be installed such that the Gensys---->[me] HTTPS REST calls are encrypted.

    All data actions using https are using normal SSL.  I think you are referring to mTLS as described here:  mTLS support for data actions - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)  and here:  Which root certificates are trusted for web services data actions? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    From what we have found, you can use the Genesys Cert to secure with mTLS, but I personally have not found a way to use external certs for this.
