Hey Team,
We are looking to deploy hard phones to different meeting spaces as standalones so sales reps can place outbound calls on the fly. Our current solution would be to configure a trunk for the calls to be routed through, but I wanted to see if anyone else has done this differently?
RequirementsInbound: All calls get sent to the "operator", the hard phone cannot ring / nobody will take inbound calls from them
Outbound: All calls come from same number / caller ID to customer
Using a trunk seems a bit excessive but we aren't seeing any other way to accomplish this.
