Hi everyone,

Excited to hear about the station side recording feature to enable internal call transcriptions. The only issue is that redaction is not enabled. Are there any plans to add redaction onto this feature?

I'm glad that you are excited about station-side recording. It was a great feature that many of our customers were eagerly anticipating. I'm not seeing anything specifically about redacting those recordings so you may want to submit an Idea to the Product Ideas Lab.
