Hi Team ,
It seems our agent can update " What's in your mind " status message " in genesys profile . As per initial review we don't have useful permission for rightful restrictions nor did we have any Audit history for this update. Which is currently causing a compliance concern . Please let us know how soon we can have any of this feature available in genesys .

As you discovered in your other thread on this topic and this thread, unfortunately you cannot disable this field. Regarding your question here about seeing an audit/change history for that field, you'll want to open an Idea for that feature as well.
