Trying to get some clarity here after not seeing anything definitive... may just be overlooking something obvious.
I'm setting up a new instance that will host two distinct customers (Team A and Team B) within a company. Each will have it's own supervisors with varying responsibilities. At the most basic, we'll want to restrict supervisors for Team A to not be able to administer, see/access recordings, modify queues, etc... for team B.
I'd think that this would be done via conditions at the permission level, but not seeing this.
What am I missing? Is this possible?
