Have everything set up to appropriately count against the time off limit and then be wait listed after, but time off requests are not showing as Pending-Waitlisted, only as "pending." Have done this multiple times in other orgs for other clients with success; same set up in a new US West org is presenting issues.
have confirmed that time off limit/plan are set up and in the same management unit; agents are being presented with "your waitlist position will be..." when requesting, but when it reaches the admin, the status and limit are not showing correctly.
Looking for solutions.
