  • 1.  Time-Off Management Course Update

    The Genesys Cloud: WEM - Time-Off Management course has been updated to include new features that are available in Genesys Cloud such as Staffing Groups, Synchronizing Time-Off Requests, and Shift Trades. 

    Users with Administrator privileges can learn how to set time-off limits, create time-off plans, and configure auto-approval for time-off requests. Users with roles such as Supervisors, and Managers can also learn how to manage time-off plans and time-off requests.
