This update introduces the Ability to specify override dates in time-off plans, allowing Workforce Management administrators to define specific days that are blocked or require manual review. This new functionality provides greater control and flexibility during critical periods, such as holidays or high-volume campaigns.
The updated content is located in the Creating a Time-Off Plan module of the course. The interface has been updated and reorganized into three new tabs, improving clarity and ease of use when managing time-off settings.
