when insert time-off can be triggered.

Case#1 when time-off is inserted in Genesys in "Approved" status. In this case, workflow proceeds with time-off insertion without checking the balance.

Case#2 when time off is inserted as "Pending" and is about to auto-approved by the system, it is not activating the workflow to check the balance and insert the time-off requests. We need your inputs in case2.

As per genesys community and articles in resource center we enabled in time-off plan settings as  'Count against time-off limit' and Auto Approval Rule set to 'According to time-off limit' the agents request then arrives to the workflow FlowtimeOffStatus == PENDING

Question1: We need your help/inputs on identifying why the workflow is not invoked. Please correct me if i missed something here.

Question2: If at all if the workflow is triggered and the system says negative balance will that leads to keep the request as it is in PENDING state or deny the tie-off request will happen? Need to know the state and status of time-off request.
