  • 1.  Transfer to ACD - Flow variables carried over?

If I have a transfer to ACD Queue task in an in-queue call flow, will any flow.xxxx variables be carried across to that transfer?  Or will that "segment" start a fresh instance of the in-queue call flow?  I need to make sure any flow variables I've set in the original in-queue processing don't get carried.

No.  Remember there are 3 types of variables/attributes.

Task.myvariable can only be used within that task and don't carry over to the rest of the flow or other flows
Flow.myvariable can only be used within that flow and doesn't carry over to other flows or transfers
Set Attribute and UUIData are the only ways to preserve variables across flows, transfer internally and even transfers outside of Genesys Cloud through SIP trunks.
