    Hello,

    We have a requirement Trigger an alert to the agent when a WhatsApp not answered interaction exceeds three minutes.

    Is it possible?

    You should be able to create an alert rule by navigating to the following area:

    To create an alert rule, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Performance > Workspace > Other > Alert Rules.
    2. In the Alert Rules workspace, click Add .
