  • 1.  "trunk" used by an outgoing call (where is the info in the API?)

    Hello,

I have an organization that uses virtual EDGE. For outgoing calls I use several outgoing trunks.

To be able to bill the calls, I need to get for each outgoing call that trunk has used. But I can't find it in the API.

We extract all the information from the API to load it into BI tools, Billings tools...

    Can somebody help me?

    Regards.

I would specify the Provider as whatever trunk you have and then show that column in Interactions or filter by that provider.  You can see that column in many areas including Interactions, Queues, and DNIS views.

Hello, I think I did not explain myself and that is why we are not talking about the same thing.

What I need is to identify in the API which trunk an outgoing call has used (it may not have a queue assigned).

I have two telecommunications providers to make calls with different rates.

The objective is to be able to quantify the cost of the call.

    Someone could help me?

You really only have two options. The first is to use the provider field on each of the numbers going out so that you can filter and report on that in the views. The second would be to use the Telco usage from genus Cloud voice and your carrier based on outgoing ani.

Thanks, can you tell me where I can see the "provider" field in an outgoing call if you have multiple SIP Trunks.

Can you give me a graphic example, screenshot?

Remember that I need to extract it by API to create a CDR tool.
