    The Genesys Cloud Unified Communications & Collaboration team is pleased to announce that it is now recruiting candidates who are interested in using our new "Remove a User from a Collaborate Chat Group" feature AND our new GC Public API REST endpoints for Collaborate Chat. 

    Removing users from collaborate chat groups help you manage the members and content within a chat group over time. 

    The new REST endpoints give you the power to hook Collaborate Chat groups and messages deeper into your workflows.  Whether they be in Genesys Cloud, external systems or both.

    This beta starts October 4, 2023!!
