I am currently using a translation service, so I do apologize for any grammatical, or translation errors. 
Also, please forgive me if this isn't the correct place to ask this question.

After pressing the button on the script, I want to search the datatable and update only one item in one specific row.
Below is the overall flow I'm thinking of. I have created up to number 4.Please teach me from 5.

1.get a call and go into architect flow.
2.Search datatable by variable (ANI or "Data Input")
3."Set Screen Pop" sends the search results to script.call with customer begins.
4.When call with customer is over, select one button on the script and press it. variables be output.

5.Search the first datatable with variable (ANI or "Data Input").
6.Overwrite specific items in datatable with the output variables.

Does anyone have any idea if what I am attempting to do is even possible?

Yes that is possible you will need to create a data actions that will update your data  table by using Genesys cloud API: /api/v2/flows/databales/<TabledID>/rows
