We are currently experiencing an issue with the Voice Cloud Report where the "Destination" field is being delivered incomplete.
Previously, this field consistently showed a length of up to 16 digits, but it is now being delivered with a maximum of 15 digits, causing the final digit to be truncated in some records.
Has anyone else encountered this behavior recently?
Do you know if there has been any update or change in Genesys Cloud CX that modified the structure or output of this field in the Voice Cloud reports?
And if so, what workaround or solution have you implemented to retrieve the full destination value?
I appreciate any guidance or experience you can share ๐
