  • 1.  Voice transcription API?

    Hi,
    We installed and tested this recent integration, and it looks to be working fine. 

    I just have 2 questions regarding it:

    1. We noticed "..." showing up in the transcriptions, i assume this is when the conversation is not clear enough to be transcribed, is this correct?
    2. Is there an API we can use to retreive these transcriptions?

    The API endpoints appear to still in be Preview currently, so you can access details about them via the Preview API List page
