Hi,
I have an issue where we have a male voice who has recorded a voicemail greeting in 2 different languages. I have setup the IVR to route to 2 Groups and have the voicemail turned on. We have uploaded the different wav files to the greetings for those groups.
How do we turn off the voicemail prompt that plays right after. Its generic and says something like.....Please record your message after the tone. When you are finished you can hang up..... Its a womans voice and it also is only in English.
I have gone through En-US system prompts and have changed them to a blank wav file.
I have tried a blank wav file as the group voicemail greeting as well and then play the male recorded wav in the transfer node. That woman system prompt with the instructions keeps playing.
