    Who's ready to pick a champion? We wrapped up 2024 with a small contest in the Community where I asked members to hit me with what their favorite feature released in 2024 was. Wow! The results were a slam dunk. We had 42 submissions and over 30 different features mentioned!

    I took the result of that scoreboard and boiled it down to five features that got the most shout outs in the thread:

    Agent Copilot
    Architect Historical Execution
    Multipanel Agent Interface
    Post-Call IVR Surveys
    Virtual Agent

    Technically, all five features are winners, but in the Community (especially during awards and tournament season), we are dying to know who the overall CHAMPION is. Aren't you a little curious? Let's anoint our first Genesys Community's Favorite Feature!

    All you have to do is vote in the poll on the Genesys Cloud – Main Community's Home Page and let us know which of the features was your favorite from 2024.

    This is a really close race! Only a handful of votes separate the two features in first and second place. Anyone want to guess what they are?

    All of the guesses are very good! Someone may have guessed correctly, but why spoil the surprise. Quick reminder, the poll will be open until next Monday morning (1/27), so get your votes in.

    So far, I think the poll has set a community record for the number of votes received and the results are still very close. Thanks to everyone who has voted so far!
