  • 1.  Wallboard timing out after 3 hours

    Hi all, 
    We have a client who is running wallboards using the wallboard agent logged into a laptop using the desktop app. 
    They are using an HDMI cable to the TV and every 3 hours the app stops displaying the Wallboard and it needs to be reopened. 

    Has anyone dealt with this, and what is the fix?

    Sorry you are experiencing this. This is not an expected behavior. Would you mind submitting a ticket with Customer Care?
