Hi all,
We have a client who is running wallboards using the wallboard agent logged into a laptop using the desktop app.
They are using an HDMI cable to the TV and every 3 hours the app stops displaying the Wallboard and it needs to be reopened.
Has anyone dealt with this, and what is the fix?
