    Hi Team,

    Could you please help on the below questions for wallborad 


    "Limit one screen per Wallboard" could you please clarify what does it mean ?

     

    With single wallboard account can we display dashboards in multiple screens ?

     

    Can we assign wallboard role to other users like supervisors and admins and  can login with SSO ?

     

    Can you please clarify what does the below statement means?

     

    Warning: Do not assign any other role to Wallboard User. If it is assigned another role, you will be charged for the full Genesys Cloud license.

    Hi Nara,

    "Limit one screen per Wallboard" could you please clarify what does it mean?
    • This means that on a single screen, you can view only one dashboard configuration at a time.
    With single wallboard account can we display dashboards in multiple screens?
    • A single user can open multiple dashboards in separate tabs or windows; typically this will be limited to 2-3 depending on the number of realtime subscriptions needed to fetch all the data.
    Can we assign wallboard role to other users like supervisors and admins and can login with SSO?

    • If a user has a wallboard user license and is assigned any additional roles, they'll be upgraded to a full Genesys Cloud license.

    Hello Jacky,

    Hope you are doing well!

    Would you happen to know if an organization will get charged if a Communicate user gets assigned a Wallboard permission? We are having problems transferring calls from a group to a queue. When we enable these permissions, transfer calls work but we are concerned about the Routing > Queue > View permission since it's under the Wallboard license. Would this be an issue?
