What are the maximum number of characters for web message for outbound message from Agent to Customer?
Hello!
Current limit is 2000 characters > https://developer.genesys.cloud/organization/organization/limits#messaging
It is being increased to 4000 characters across all Messaging channels > https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CEWMM-I-362
