  • 1.  WFM - Activity Notifications popping up early

    Hello! I have had a few cases of agents receiving activity notifications 2 to 3 minutes prior to the scheduled activity. Has anyone else ever had this issue and if so, what causes it and how do you resolve it? Thank you!

    Check the time on the local machine to see if it is off.  Usually, the WFM features are based on the local Windows time like reports and the schedules.
