  • 1.  Whapsapp routing without Bot

    Hello

    We are starting to work on routing for WhatsApp,
     And we want to create a menu that, depending on the option the client clicks, goes to one department or another.

    For example

    Press the option you want

    1 Customer service
    2 Renovations
    3 Roadside assistance
    4 Moons

     We have seen that we can do this through an "Ask for Slot action"
    But we would like to know if there is any possibility of doing it without using a Bot

    Something like the "Menu action" option of incoming call flows

    Thank you for everything and any documentation that helps us will also be appreciated.

    You are going to have to use a Digital Menu in a Digital Bot Flow that will be called from a Messaging flow.  That will give you the menu you are looking for.  That WhatsApp integration will have to be routed to the messaging flow.
