  • 1.  What are you missing with UC

    I would like to hear from users and partners alike.  What is lacking in are of UC in PureCloud?  I am talking about basic UC functions like shared line appearances, Find Me/Follow Me, twinning, BLF/DSS and the like at the phone level.  What do you think PureCloud needs to really replace all the key systems out there?

    Outlook integration to automatically show busy status when in meetings.
