  • 1.  what's the difference between architect post call voice survey and voice survey

    My customer need to deploy voice survey feature，I find the following link for Architect post call actions in voice call：https://community.genesys.com/viewdocument/architect-post-call-actions-in-voic?CommunityKey=bab95e9c-6bbe-4a13-8ade-8ec0faf733d4&tab=librarydocuments

    and Genesys voice survey feauture（need WFM add on）.Does anyone can give us some guidance what's the difference between the two survey solutions？

    Yes, survey requires either GC3 or the +WEM add-on to GC1 or GC2

    i think that Genesys voice survey feature need GC3 or the +WEM add-on to GC1 or GC2,but I'm confused that Post callArchitect post-call actions in voice calls  still need above license?

    No, those actions do not require a license, so you could transfer to a call flow when the agent or customer hangs up.  It would only require the license if you send it to a voice survey flow.
