  • 1.  When does Cherry Picking get released?

    Hi,

    We are currently waiting for the cherry picking function so that we can help customers call us via phone and sends us documentation via email. This is quite hard for us to do, but then we heard about cherry picking being around the corner.

    Is there any update on delivery date?

    Good morning. The team is currently working on known agent routing and once released will focus on manual assignment (previously known as cherrypicking).  Thanks for sharing your use case. The more details we have around what our customers are trying to accomplish the better features we can build.

    Hello,

    I see that Preferred Agent routing is getting released the 8th of October. Does this mean that cherry picking will be available for emails soon? When can we expect it?

    Christof, thanks for reaching out.   We are planning to start development of Manual Assignment (renamed from Cherry Picking) this quarter but I do not have a delivery date at this time.

    Please feel free to follow-up later in the quarter for status.
