    Hi!
    Was workbench v2 added to EUC1 region? Despite having all required permissions and roles I still do not see Admin->Knowledge section in menu

    I have a similar issue.
    On one of our ORGs the Knowledge Menu is displayed on the Admin screen.
    However on another ORG even with Knowledge permission enabled nothing is displayed on the Admin screen.

    what i have noticed is on the working Org Knowledge and all permissions beneath it have the CX3 licence associated with it.
    On the Org that doesn't work Knowledge has the CX3 licence but all features below have a digital trends licence associated with it.

    So the issue must be licence related.

    I hope this helps.

    Hey Armands, I asked @Jean-Etienne Goubet this question and he was curious if knowledge V1 was enabled for that org initially? If so, you may need to be migrated vs updated automatically.

    Hi. Yes, there were some things done with v1, but that was mainly for test/lab purposes. So if that can simplify the things to get v2 we can remove existing configurations done with v1.

    @Armands Bunkovskis Did you have to delete or unassociated v1 or did v2 just appear after your post? 

    I have had an open ticket with support for over a week and even mentioned twice what Matt had said and also what Robert said on my post but they have yet to confirm what needs to be done.

    Hi Matt,
    I have this same situation. When you say migrated, who would do that? Is it something that I can do as a customer, or do I need Genesys to migrate the knowledge?
