    Hello,
    We are looking at potentially implementing zoom or Microsoft teams in the future and would appreciate any feedback on your experience if you integrated PureCloud with either of these options.

    Two different things here.  

    Teams will have integration as a UC platform that PureCloud will sit on top of to allow extension-to-extension dialing, use of Teams as endpoints for agents, status synchronization, directory searching, and inter-system chat.  

    Zoom integration will be around using Zoom Rooms with PureCloud to offer conference bridges and collaboration to PureCloud users.  

    Both are going to be great, but very different purposes in mind.
