@Ricardo Delgado I was able to play with this more this morning and found that if I change the ​Relying Party Identifier on both sides to "mypurecloud.com/google" it started working. One correction, Amazon Lex is available to any PureCloud customer running out of the US or Ireland regions today for GA. Some customers have requested the ability for Communicate Users to forward calls to a Queue Name rather than a phone number, to make it easier on end users.
