Yes, Functions went Generally Available quite some time ago. Here's the documentation worth reviewing. Please also be sure to review the "Limitations" page, as this often goes overlooked and can sometimes hang up implementations. ------------------------------ Richard Schott Product Manager ----- ...

Use the translationMapDefault to set some value that is known within the flow to mean "it wasn't returned". The default value will only be used if the jsonPath doesn't resolve to something. In your case, you could use something like 000000; then within the flow you can do a quick validation of the value ...

This is something we'll be considering for later this year. In the meantime, I would recommend voting on the idea in the portal so we can help with the prioritization of this effort and hopefully get started sooner: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/OPCFDA-I-70 ------------------------------ ...

The expected behavior is all going to be subject to timing. When the credentials are updated on an integration, there is an internal notification that is published that tells the integration provider (in this case the bot connector) that the integration has been updated. At that point, the integration ...

keep in mind it's not that it's going to be unreliable, it's just that it's not a 100% guarantee. Coupled with your statement about the fact these flows are running fully independently and without any knowledge of each other, it gives me pause to recommend such an approach on a mission critical operation; ...

@Marcello Jabur see: https://help.mypurecloud.com/faqs/how-quickly-a-trigger-invokes-the-workflow/. Most of the time triggers run near instantaneously, but occasionally there are internal systemic conditions that may slow their processing. This is partly due to the distributed nature of Trigger processing, ...

@Marcello Jabur, while I applaud the ingenuity on the approach, I'm not sure I'd hang my hat on that; Triggers are not guaranteed to run in real time, and if there is a delay in system processing it's entirely possible that the trigger runs later than your attempt to fetch participant data. I also believe ...

the 20 second timeout is being enforced at the public API layer, and is not configurable. The test execution will actually timeout at 19 seconds so that the timeout response can be returned within the Public API 20 second timeout window. All of the relevant timeframes are documented here: https://he ...

Adam, The reason the Generic Webhook integration wasn't announced as being deprecated in that notice is that we haven't finished the work on the replacement for it. What is currently in development is the ability to send chat notifications from Workflows, which can be called from triggers, which ...

Julio, The specifics of the callback function are going be determined by your implementation and the CRM you're attempting to connect to. The callback is the operation you want the embedded client to perform when it receives the subscription event. In the case of the LMS events, it's the operation ...

Generally the information you're looking for is on this page: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/ip-addresses-for-the-firewall-allowlist/ Depending on the specifics of your request, it may indeed be possible to limit access to your resources based on IP address (see the section just above the table ...

Assuming the request is regarding Data Actions, then that is generally solved by calling our API route that describes the specific IP addresses utilized via the NAT Gateways that handle the egress of those data action invocations (note that this doesn't apply to Functions, but does apply to all other ...

Yes, it was merged into https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SSAAOB-I-123. We're still targeting the second half of this year to release the feature, with the idea being it will kick off a workflow based on a chron job (every 30 minutes, every other Tuesday, once a month, etc.). Keep in mind this ...

Sesha, What's the use case where you're needing more than 10 Functions integrations? It's certainly something that we could consider, but I'd like to understand the rationale a little better before we start investigating. Also, to expand on the previous discussion, Data Actions are anchored ...

That's actually exactly the sort of use case that was envisioned as we were developing Genesys Cloud Functions: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-the-genesys-cloud-function-data-actions-integration/. These data actions allow you to insert your own code (running as an AWS lambda, internal to ...

Two points on this, one a question and the other an implementation suggestion: 1. is there some reason you're not using time-boxed ACW, which sets a hard cap complete with an in app countdown timer in order to limit ACW? This can be varied on a queue by queue basis, which seems to meet your initial requirements ...

That is covered in the HRIS integration section of the Blueprint: https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/wfm-hris-blueprint/#create-the-wfm-time-off-hris-integration. This is where you reference the workflows that you previously imported, which are executing the data actions that call out to workday. ...
