PureCloud Community Hits a Membership Milestone - First to 1,000 members!

As of writing this email, the PureCloud Community sits at 999 members! Who will be lucky number 1000? 


Congratulations on the growth and constant engagement. The ladder to 1000 members is well under way for two other communities. PureEngage On-Premises' members stand tall with 934 members and PureConnectis sitting pretty with 896.


Welcome to the "Latitude by Genesys" Community

Latitude by Genesys provides the complete answer to your accounts receivables challenges: from day one delinquency through charge-off and debt sale.

Now the Latitude user group has a community for you to ask questions, meet fellow users, and stay in the know. The Latitude community is live and even if you don't use Latitude, they would love for you to join and learn about the offering!

Coming Soon - Xperience19 Community

We wanted to give everyone attending or interested in Xperience19 a place to connect. Coming May 10th, the Xperience19 Community will go live.

It will be a great place to discuss any travel questions you might have, discuss/share sessions that you are interested in, and bond over all things Xperience19. We look forward to connecting with you.

In case you missed it Breakout Sessions for Xperience19 were announced! The community team and I would love the chance to meet you. We will be co-hosting the breakout session "Xperience19 will come to an end. So how do I continue to network and learn?" and it would be great if you could join us!


Education Day at Xperience19

Join your peers, Genesys clients and partners, and Genesys SMEs for an entire day dedicated to learning about industry trends, best practices, and how to maximize the ROI of your Genesys solution. Watch a quick video here.
