Hello all (not sure if this should be part of developer or main discussion)
We have a request that after each of the Dialer calls we submit to external endpoints information from conversation (conversationid, agent name and wrap up code) but also some of the values from the contact list itself (clientid, customer segment) [values are irrelevant, the important that it is part of contact list and conversation attributes]
Now, when we want to use Call Rule from the Category / Wrap-up for triggering Data Action, as input we can use "Agent Wrap-up" and values from the contact list, but we are missing conversationID and agent name.
When we use the trigger v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.acw we can have the details of the conversation but not from the contact list.
We may process within workflow to use the conversationID to retrieve details of conversation and to check if that was a part of the campaign and do several data actions but that doesn't probably look like a good solution. It appears that we need to develop a dedicated service that will do that in the background and sent to external endpoint, which we would like to avoid if possible.
Just want to know if someone have some experience or idea for this.
