    Hello Anna,

    From what I remember it used to work (although that might not been intended) it stopped working when they started developing Agent Assist for Voice.

    Looking in roadmap on Ideas Lab it seems it might be available end of next month.

    It's currently in Beta for Agent Assist on the voice channel and Generally Available on digital channels.
