During the "Meal" status, what is happening with the dekstop/laptop of the agent? Is it going into hibernation/sleep mode after 10 minutes? I've seen this issue before where the desktop of the agent goes into sleep mode, the desktop is disconnected from the network and Genesys Cloud makes the logic conclusion that the agent is offline.
Can you disable sleep mode on of the the agent's desktops and see if it's still occurring?
