    Hi community,

    I appreciate your help on this issue. Resource center explains "The alerts you set on this Alert Rule page are specific to you and do not appear at the organizational level."

    Does anyone know of a way to share these alerts? Can we allow some way to inherit these permissions? 

    So this is the situation: each team leader who manages the alerts of their agents, but when she/he goes on holiday or is absent, we can't modify those alerts.

    Alert works when the ACW threshold exceeds a certain threshold, and the pop-up is allowed to the agent and their team leader.

    And we cannot create an exclusive user to manage alerts.

    I would like to have permission for alerts from all agents, regardless of who their team leader is. Any suggestions?

    Hi Ana,

    At this time it is not possible, but there is an upcoming development: Alerts: Add Ability to Share Alerts/Rules (instead of being housed under one user) and ability to enter email distributions in the Ideas Lab.  I would recomend voting on and adding your use case to the idea to help with development.  This will also provide you updates as it progresses.

    I am also going to move this to the new Genesys Cloud Reporting and Analytics Community
