  • 1.  AppFoundry - Suggested App for Wallboard and Dashboard

    Dear Genesys Cloud Community,

    I am looking for a third-party solution available on AppFoundry that addresses the current limitations of Genesys Cloud, namely:
     
    1. Multiple agent status widgets on the same Wallboard/Dashboard
    2. Definition of custom KPIs (as available in performance views)
    3. Best visual layout especially on the TV
     
    The solution must be affordable in terms of both implementation and ongoing costs.
    I have already analized the following products: A3S Real-Time, displayDings, BI & Reporting, 2Ring Dashboard and Wallboards.
     
    Can you recommend any apps based on your experience?

    Hello Fabrizio, 

    While I don't have experience with Appfoundry applications, I have seen some customers use eMite, Display5 Wallboards, and Datagamz. I believe these have everything you are looking for. I'd recommend reaching out to these vendors through AppFoundry to request demos and detailed pricing based on your specific agent count and requirements.

    Hi Fabrizio,

    We use Brightmetrics and have had a good experience with it from a reporting and dashboard perspective.

    It provides good flexibility around dashboard layouts, multiple widgets/views on the same dashboard, TV/wallboard presentation, and combining historical + real-time reporting.

    It may be worth evaluating depending on your reporting and budget requirements:
