Clarification needed for HRIS integration - HR platform (SAP Success Factor) to multiple Genesys activity Time Off codes mapping

    We are designing the integration between Genesys WFM and SAP Success Factor HR platform, so that we have synced up time off codes between the two systems. To do this, we are mapping the time off codes between the two systems and found that it would be operationally best to able to map multiple Genesys time off codes with 1 on SAP Success Factor code (different to one to one mapping). Wondering if doing so is possible or if there are any workaround to this?

    Hi Harshali, 

    Have you checked the documentation around the HRIS Blueprint? Integrate Genesys Cloud with an HRIS system to sync time-off requests and time-off balances from Genesys Cloud WFM

    It might be good to check the Workforce Engagement Community and Developer Community
