    Hello folks, we are new PureCloud Desktop users, and have a question on click-to-dial - when we click the link as "tel: {phone_number}" it triggers direct phone call through desktop app (the icon in the middle left column). However we want the call going through interactions (icon on bottom left) with proper queue setup, just like PureCloud for Chrome extension does - the call was triggered under 'interactions" with queues instead of direct phone call. Does anyone know how to set it up in Desktop app? much appreciated.

    A couple things to try.  First try downloading the PureCloud for Chrome extension.    It will send the Make Call in the right-mouse click through the extension and will show on the web app.  If you want to make call on behalf of a queue, you will need to use the embedded framework SDK/API to embed call controls in your own application.
