    Hi

    In the desktop client, the blue notification that indicates that you have a call would be very helpful if it could be customized with some parameter such as the phone or queue. Is it possible?

    Hi Ana,

    Do you mean the pop up notification?  I don't believe this can be customized at this time and I see you have created an idea in the ideas portal.  I would be interested to hear other members thoughts on this and if they would be interested in the customization aspect of the notifications
