    Is anyone using Netskope to route traffic from the desktop app to Genesys Cloud? We have recently implemented Netskope and are struggling to maintain a stable environment and are looking for any guidance that could help us.

    I can't really see how an integration between NetSkope and Genesys Cloud would be advantageous, but you might have to wait for the WorkItems routing to become available before anything would work for you.  There is a beta now that you can sign up for.
