Who's ready for Genesys Cloud CX trivia?
When I asked for trivia topics, @Anton Vroon and @Robert Wakefield-Carl answered first and they boldly requested some Genesys stumpers. To honor their request, tomorrow (June 28th) at noon ET, we're going where no trivia has gone before. For this popup challenge, I've searched for questions from the mightiest Genesys Cloud CX teams: the resource center, pro-services, and enablement. Together, we've assembled a challenge fit for a hero.
What's up for grabs? Bragging rights, a fancy ribbon in the community, and a pick from the Prize Wall.
- WHERE - The Genesys Cloud CX trivia event will take place in the Trivia Tower Community.
- WHEN - Questions will go live next Tuesday at noon ET and will be live for 48 hours.
We'll announce the winner next Monday when the Tournament winners are announced.
