    Hello Everyone,

    I have installed Genesys Cloud R2S Integration from App Foundry. I given app permission to users for access the R2S. But users can able to download the Recording. How to restrict download the recording from R2S?

    Does R2S also encrypt the recordings after loading them?  Is there no role/permission control?
