    Regarding Intent Miner, resource center docs mention that Intent Miner searches a "historical set of conversation chat and voice transcripts"....does this include archived conversation data?

    Only if you have had transcription turned on.  It would be great to go back to older recordings and transcribe them.  Vote on this idea:  Ability to Transcribe Historical Voice | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
