Hey everyone! My name is Chad Hansen and I'm a Product Manager for Genesys Cloud focused on Web Messaging and Messenger Apps.
In my time at Genesys I've introduced features including typing indicators and participant name and avatar, as well as extended
Messenger to more advanced use cases involving Co-browse, Knowledge Article searching and more.
I also have experience with our SMS and third-party messaging channel integrations.
During my free time I like to travel, hike, and play golf. Though as much as I like golf, it doesn't always seem to like me!
