    @Genesys Community  Hi Expert,

    In Messenger configuration, we see the option Notifications, which enables notifying end-users about unread messages. However, after enabling this option, we are not getting any sound notifications. All required browser permissions have also been added.

    Could you please check and let us know?

    Hello - for now "Notifications" are limited to Mobile Push, we just released few weeks ago.

    For Desktop/Sound notifications, you will want to track this other Idea and also available solution here.
