  • 1.  MIssing Preferences and Logout buttons

    I have an agent who when she works from home does not have the option to logout of GC. She only sees Out of Office. In the office the options are there. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Have you seen a screen shot of this?  It sounds like it is a window size issue, or a monitor resolution issue that is keeping that option from displaying on the screen.

    Thank you.  I will have them try changing the resolution.  Strange that the Out of office displays but not the preferences or logout.

    That sounds odd. I checked with our UI team and I did not see anything like this reported to the team. If you are able to get a screenshot please post it here. You may need to open a case with Product Support to investigate.
