Hi team,

Is it possible to detect agent disconnect events via the Open Messaging integration?

I am aware that we can use the Notification Service or Conversation APIs for this, but I am looking for a solution that leverages the events already being received by the integration to avoid additional overhead.

I checked the documentation and couldn't find any usefull info for this.

Hi Debora,

From what I understand there are no disconnect event with open messaging.

The integration we have uses Triggers to send an API call to the integrated party on v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.user.end to solve the issue.
Other integrations seems to use a similar approach.
