We have a need to allow only a subset of agents the permission / ability to manual outbound dial international numbers.
We have 4 locations, 2 sites and 4 divisions by Business Unit, this needs to span all 4 divisions.
Only concept (untested) I have come up with is to duplicate sites one with international dial plan and one with out, and assign the respective site to phones needing international
I am hoping that others have had this need and found a solution they are willing to share?
