I am torn between the Agent Timeline and the Custom Columns, but from a pure Analytics play, it has to be the custom columns so users can create their own metircs based on other information go design their own SLA or ACW scores.

The roadmap that I am most excited about is "Add average speed of answer (ASA) Metric to Agent Performance. I think it's a very important piece of information for monitoring agents, and it couldn't be easily tracked. I don't know if it was a major development, but it seems like the kind of simple change that would benefit supervisors a lot.

I'm with you on this one. I have a customer that has been asking for this for approaching 2 years! The release date keeps getting pushed back, was Q1 this year, now I see it's Q3!!

The thing is, the customer is a reasonable size, but they aren't massive. If it's a data volume thing, then I would assume that the larger the customer, the shorter the reporting timeframe would be. How do the really large customers manage this?

TBH, I'm of the opinion that this should've been baked in from day one, but there you go.

Looking at the upcoming features for Analytics & Reporting planned for 2025, as a Genesys Partner, the feature I'm most excited to see is the Dashboard: Filter & sort agents based on conversation activity (UI for Agent State).

For a long time, many of our customers using the Supervisor workspace UI have been asking for more robust, built-in filtering and sorting capabilities directly within their real-time dashboards. They need efficient ways to quickly identify agents based on specific states or activities without complex workarounds.

It's exciting because this feature directly fulfills a key need consistently voiced by supervisors, improving the platform's operational alignment. As partners, this allows us to leverage a valuable native capability, simplifying solution delivery by reducing reliance on custom configurations. Most importantly, it will enable our clients' supervisors to manage their teams more effectively and proactively.

My initial pick would be Custom Calculations, but after reading about it I would pick [API] Supervisors can sort and filter conversation activity to focus on agents with conversations in specific states since it seems to be near release and will enable other future features.

It's also fun to have a new API to look into and figure out if something cool can be built using it.

I wish there were reporting functions for the volume of alert no answers that were a result of the agent not responding. The current reporting functionality for this isn't very straight forward as we would prefer.

That's an exciting roadmap we have there...I think the Digital message-level metrics for supervisors is a real standout feature.
We can probably also have  a feature like - custom alerts based on specific KPIs or thresholds. for e.g. allowing supervisors to set highly specific alerts for unusual patterns in performance could helpthem to act proactively.

I do love the Dashboard: Filter & sort agents based on conversation activity (UI for Agent State)... but my heart is laser-focused on reporting where Survey responses are reportable for individual agents and interactions so each agent can see how their interactions impact the customer experience.

I think our supervisors will really like the agent timeline view. It would be great if inbound, outbound, and intercom calls were different colors or something. We have a couple agents who are "on the phone" for a huge portion of the day, but color coding the type of call would paint a clearer picture for the supervisor of what's really going on. :D
